"Thanks so much for sending Mr. John Finch out to my house to take up a strip of carpet wide enough for my wheelchair to roll over a flat surface so I could get to my kitchen door. Mr. Finch did an excellent job and is such a nice and friendly person. I feel that I have made a lifelong friend."
